Comprehensive Mental Health Services
We are open and providing services during our regular operating business hours.
However, if you have a fever, cough or shortness of breath, please stay home and call your primary care provider.
We are taking the COVID-19 situation very seriously and making plans to continue operations that is both meaningful to our patients and safe for our staff. To assist with this process, we are offering a new platform to continue services.
AR NextStep Counseling Services has implemented a Telemedicine-Telehealth platform to assist with the delivery of care. This means we are able to provide health care services through the use of interactive audio and video technology, permitting real-time communication between the patient and their mental health provider, for the purpose of diagnosing, consulting, or treating.
Our platform is HIPAA compliant in order to protect your privacy and confidentiality.
Patients can participate in sessions from home or any location determined appropriate by the patient and their mental health provider. Please discuss this option with your mental health care provider for full details.
This technology is at no cost to our patients.
